HTPO and Volunteers

The main focus for the HTPO is to give back to the school, our kids and the faculty. We are run by volunteers and are always looking for more helpers and ideas. We hold a monthly meeting that all are welcome to attend and will be announced in the weekly emails and are posted on the Holy Trinity Parent Organization Facebook group. Join our Facebook group to stay up to date on all HTPO events. Please contact me with any questions or concerns!

Virtus

Lunch / Recess Volunteers

To supervise the kids at lunch and recess. Help is needed everyday of the week.

If interested you may pick your day and how often you're able to help. Please contact Mrs. Eisel in the school office if interested.

Room Parent

Two room parents are needed, per grade, to help organize Halloween and Christmas classroom parties. Teachers welcome the help and pitch in where needed. These events usually include but are not limited to games, craft and snacks for the younger classes. For 7th and 8th grades I recommend contacting the teacher and getting a vote on what the kids would like.

Fundraiser delivery day

This day includes unloading of plants and setting up the parent pick up area. There are many shifts on this day. We start at 8am and close at 6pm

Teacher Luncheons/Baking

HTPO hosts various themed teacher luncheons throughout the school year. Volunteers are asked to prepare an item or help with setup/clean up.

Grandparents’ / Grandfriends’ Day

Grandparents’/GrandFriends' Day is a wonderful opportunity for our students to invite their Grandparents or other special grand “friend” to join us for Mass and donuts and beverages to follow in the Community Center.

Penny Wars

Helping count money or take money to the bank each day of that week

Family Fun Night (winter)

Family Fun Night is an evening to come together for some school wide fun.

Movie Nights

We are hoping to have a couple outdoor/indoor school movie nights. Responsibilities will include setting up, helping with snacks, and tear down.

Veterans’ Day Assembly (November)

An annual patriotic event to honor past & present military personnel, including a special lunch!

Mardi Gras

Help set up, run a game or clean up afterwards.

White Elephant Sale (December)

This is an event that allows our students to do their own Christmas shopping for family right here at school.
